Following an early Saturday morning barrage of approximately 40 rockets into northern Israel, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out a series of strikes in southern Lebanon. The IDF reported that fighter jets targeted several sites operated by Hezbollah in the areas of Aita al-Sha’ab, Yaron, and Ramya.
